Civil contracting ERP, Saudi Arabia

Bilingual English/Arabic ERP for a civil contractor.

Civil contracting ERP project
01

The challenge

A civil contractor needed one system, in English and Arabic, to follow a project from the first estimate to the final progress bill — so that BOQ, variations, purchases and labour cost all add up in one place.

02

What we built

A multi-user ERP in English and Arabic (right-to-left) for a general civil contractor in Saudi Arabia. It runs the whole job: enquiry and estimate, versioned quotations, contracts, projects and BOQ, variation orders, measurement and progress billing, procurement and inventory, subcontractors, attendance and labour costing, cash, bank, receivables and payables — with a configurable approval engine.
