Kabilan Pandidurai Kabilan P
Founder & CEO of Unik Solutions, Madurai. He founded the company as KreativeSoft in 2012.
I started in sales and marketing, then ran Sri Vignesh TVS as General Manager, second to the MD, with close to eighty people across sales, service and spares. Selling Nokia phones and HCL computers in Madurai, and wholesaling mobile accessories across south Tamil Nadu, taught me how small businesses actually buy.
I ran a computer training institute before founding KreativeSoft in 2012, where we became an authorised Wipro vendor, built ERP for TVS & Sons, and computerised MDCC Bank. In 2019 we became Unik Solutions and moved into apps, products and digital growth.
I still spend time with students and founders — as a jury member, a judge, a speaker, and part of the GDG Madurai core team. If you are building something, book a call — you will be talking to me, not a sales team.
