What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website — an enquiry, a demo request, a career application, a cost estimate or a free website check — we collect what you type in: name, email, phone, country, your message, and (for careers) your CV file. With each form we also record the page it was sent from, your IP address and browser type, to stop spam and abuse.
When you tap a WhatsApp, call or booking button, we count the click with the page it came from. These counts carry no name or contact details.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to reply to you — to answer your enquiry, send a quote, schedule a call, or review a job application. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted in India. CV files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application records for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation, and delete them on request.
Cookies and third parties
This website uses a session cookie to submit forms securely (CSRF protection), and Google Analytics to count visits — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which buttons they use. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data for advertising.
Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are counted without analytics cookies. Anyone can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only when you press “Show the map”, and the booking calendar is Google Calendar. When you use either, Google’s own privacy policy applies.
Your rights — UK and EU visitors
If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful basis for processing your information is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@uniksolutions.in.
