The challenge

Running several construction sites means labour, materials and expenses scattered across notebooks and bills — and no quick way to know what each project has really cost so far.

What we built

A construction project management system for Karthik Homes: labour attendance with overtime and automatic weekly salary, material purchase bills and expenses, and a project costing engine that adds labour, material and other costs per project. Owners, managers, accountants, site supervisors and clients each get their own view, on the web and in a Flutter app.
