The challenge

Police Public Connectors needed one trusted place where anyone in Tamil Nadu could find the right police station, check whether a message is a scam and reach help fast — with every post approved by an editor and every volunteer verified.

What we built

PPC Connect, a bilingual (Tamil/English) app connecting citizens and police across all 38 districts of Tamil Nadu — built free. Citizens find their police station and jurisdiction, check suspicious messages in Scam & Rumour Check, read verified updates and reach helplines in one tap. Behind it: a studio for district team leaders, an editor approval desk, and a verified-volunteer system with QR identity cards and certificates.
