The challenge
A busy Sivakasi restaurant wanted its own app for delivery and table bookings — instead of paying commission to aggregators — with one back office for the kitchen, the counter and the owner.
What we built
An app for King’s Platter, Sivakasi, in English and Tamil: customers order biryani, mandi and BBQ for delivery or book a table, track their order live, pay by UPI and earn King’s Coins. The restaurant runs it from a back office with a live orders board, kitchen tickets, menu and stock, a table-booking floor plan, delivery zones and fees, coupons, customers and reports.
